Copy Editor job vacancies with Max Resourcing
Copy Editors are part of the Medical Writing Team. The role involves reviewing and editing copy produced by the team in a timely fashion, to ensure that the key messages are clear and the document is compliant with brand guidelines and corporate policy.
A Copy Editor's key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and editing of copy and layout of materials in a timely manner
- Ensuring all materials convey clear and accurate messages and are all compliant with corporate policy
- Proof reading against the approved copy to ensure correct grammar and spelling, absence of typographical errors, good typography, and accuracy of job content and presence of correct trademark
Qualifications and experience required to be a Copy Editor:
- Strong scientific background, preferably educated to Ph.D level
- Relevant proof reading and/or copy editing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Word
