An Editorial Team Leader's key responsibilities include:
- Work alongside the account lead and providing editorial leadership of an Account Team(s)
- Leading and managing the whole editorial account team(s), including managing the Medical Writing team and the resourcing of projects
- Maximising existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and contributing efforts to new proposal development and pitches
Qualifications and experience required to be an Editorial Team Leader:
- Degree in Life Sciences, ideally combined with a Master’s or Ph.D
- Publication and/or writing experience in medical or Pharmaceutical field
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead a small project team
