Rachel is the de-facto Managing Director and founder of Max Resourcing Ltd. She has been in recruitment since 1996, steadily working her way up from resourcer to the multi functional role that she carries out today - that of tea lady, IT help, HR, Resourcer and every now and again, MD!
She learned her trade at a Search and Selection Consultancy and from there has moved to high profile positions within the IT recruitment industry, and latterly within the Pharmaceutical and Clinical recruitment industries, where she found her niche. Rachel joined Royce Consultancy in July 2002 and began working her way up the ladder until finally becoming Acting MD of Royce, before deciding to leave and start her own company.
Rachel started up Max Resourcing Ltd. in 2008 in the midst of the recession. However, undeterred, she forged on and, with a great team around her, has grown the business from strength to strength. Having decided to take the fresh approach and utilise the idea of remote working, she now manages consultants throughout Europe: Bulgaria, covering Eastern Europe; and Nottingham, covering Western Europe.

After studying Human Resource Management and Marketing and working within the travel industry as a flight consultant, Jenn began her recruitment career at Royce Consultancy and quickly proved herself to be a natural. Having gained a great knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and honed her recruitment expertise, Jenn decided to enlarge her focus to include the Clinical industry. She joined Max Resourcing in 2008 and flourished in the environment of sourcing unique and specialist candidates for difficult senior positions within the industry. Her inquisitive, outgoing and open-minded nature immediately puts both clients and candidates at ease, while her professionalism and desire to succeed ensures that their needs are met. Tanya’s interest in recruitment developed while sourcing for various IT roles as an HR specialist within a leading Bulgarian company in the field of interactive services. Tanya was the first consultant to join Max Resourcing and has been there for all the highs and lows, and always with a positive outlook. Her passion for Max and what we do is infectious. Tanya is a determined individual whose innovative approach to recruitment has proved very popular with well-established clinical and pharmaceutical companies. She has a real desire to ensure that clients and candidates are perfectly matched and this has resulted in many happy collaborations and has established her as an expert within the Clinical industry in Eastern Europe.
Tanya is the Senior consultant in the Bulgarian office and she acts as a mentor to new team members that are joining, passing on her amazing knowledge.

Jen has a wealth of experience within both the Clinical and Pharmaceutical industries having worked at Novo Nordisk in Ireland for many years, and later as PA to the Managing Director at Royce Consultancy. She brings a great perspective to the team, has a superb calm approach and is the 'woman-in-the-know' when it comes to our contractors. Jen is a great support to the whole team and allows us to get on with our job whilst knowing that everything is in hand behind the scenes.
Rossi has been with Max since January 2011 and is the first point of contact for Eastern Europe candidates. She has an unquenchable desire for success and knowledge and a great friendly, positive attitude. Previously she was a language teacher for business consultants within Bulgaria and also worked at a leading global real estate agency. Rossi has solid experience in working with people and boasts the fantastic ability of putting people at ease very quickly, as well as getting the best out of them. She is currently studying towards her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and is continually giving us insights each week as to how we can improve our service. In addition to this, her bubbly personality and creativity make her a very positive person and very easy to get along with.
Christel has over 6 years of strong customer service and sales experience and is someone who enjoys a challenge! Being multi-lingual with a multi-cultural background, she enjoys immersing herself in a variety of cultures and working at Max allows her to put her great skills to good use. She is our newest recruit, based in our new Nottingham office, and is already proving invaluable in her approach with our candidates and clients. She is adept at reaching passive job seekers through a variety of direct sourcing techniques and targeted networking and has an excellent way with our customers. We are delighted that she is part of the team!
